How it Works
Even with a reduced footprint of a Redipods model, designing and building can still be a significant undertaking. The Redipods team are here to help and do all the hard work for you.
A typical Redipods build follows the following process. Each stage may vary depending on your chosen model or location but we will work with you through the journey.
1. Discovery Call
Explore the Redipods range and download our brochure, which includes price lists and specification sheet for all Redipods models.
Then book in a time with us to learn more about our Redipods models at our South Fremantle yard.
2. Confirm your design
The next step is to choose your preferred model, confirm your interior style and colour scheme, and discuss any optional upgrades with our team. We offer three designer-curated colour schemes for you to choose from. Click here to view our colour options.
3. Planning your Redipods Installation
The Western Australian Government no longer requires planning permits for homes 70 sq. metres and under. Enlist our registered builder to complete the site works, and on-site installation for a fee, including all building requirements to deliver and install. Or, if you have an owner-builder license, you can take on the responsibility yourself.
4. We build your Redipods model
It takes up to 18 weeks to complete your build in our quality-controlled Western Australian facility, ready for delivery and installation.
5. Utilities
If required, we can assist you with connections prior to delivery.
6. Delivery & Installation
Your Redipods model is on its way! We deliver your new Redipods model by truck and crane it onto your site all in one day.

Each Redipods model is built to the relevant Australian Standards and comes with structural guarantees and certifications, as well as standard manufacturer’s warranties on all appliances and materials. Non-invasive foundation
Redipods models are innovative, and our concrete-free foundation system adapts to any site condition and eliminates the need for footings. We use the Surefoot Concrete Free System, installed via steel tubular piles driven into the ground. Like a tree’s root system, it spreads its footing over a greater surface area, is robust, efficient, and doesn’t harm the environment. It’s a system that offers flexibility, allowing your cabin to be moved should your opportunities change.
Indoor-outdoor integration
Large format doors and strategically placed windows with extra toughened glass provide protection, enhance your connection to nature and provide ventilation, natural light and privacy where and when it is needed.
Safe & sound
Exterior Colorbond steel sheets with continuous corners create strong, seamless joins between walls and roofing, eliminating the need for capping, flashing or gutters, making it ideal for leafy environments. It also provides better protection from embers, increasing its resistance to bushfires.
Seamless position
Attention to detail and fewer distractions combine to create a calming environment. Each Redipods model features all-in-one walls, floors, and fewer crevices, so cleaning and maintenance are a breeze.
Floor plan orientation
Your Redipods’ layout should suit your every need, so our architects designed each floor plan meticulously to ensure it utilises every square inch. We can also flip the floor plan to ensure it best suits your site, outlook and conditions.
