Central living, with a sense of spaciousness
A central living area connects the kitchenette and bathroom on one side and a concealed wall bed on the other. A sense of spaciousness is achieved with a pitched ceiling, vertical glass doors, and windows that draw in natural light and ventilation while shutters effectively block out light when needed.
A look to the exterior
Asymmetric and clad in vertical timber panelling and light grey Colorbond steel, the Franklin’s small footprint can fit into a small space, back garden, beach or bush block. Its insulated, watertight, and airtight outer cladding eliminates insects, small animals, outside dirt, and dust from penetrating its form and improves bushfire performance.
